Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Nutritionist, and mom of two, and I created this course during my second pregnancy so I could guide you from real, lived experience—not just theory. Every workout is pregnancy-safe and includes modifications so you can adapt the intensity to where you are — whether you're in your first trimester dealing with fatigue, or in your third trimester navigating a growing belly. Always consult your midwife or OB before starting any new exercise program.

Do I need any equipment or prior fitness experience?

No prior fitness experience needed. The workouts are functional and beginner-friendly, while still being challenging enough for women who were already active before pregnancy. For equipment, you'll need minimal gear — a resistance band and a pair of dumbbells/Kettlebells are enough. Ideally you have acces to a gym. Many exercises can also be done completely equipment-free.

What happens after I purchase? How does it work?

After checkout, you'll receive immediate access to all course material via email. The program is fully self-paced — you can start on any day and work through it in your own time. There are no live calls or fixed schedules. Everything is yours to keep, so you can revisit it anytime during (or after) your pregnancy.
